The hotel was perfectly clean, staff was helpful and amazingly nice. Lovely location, we were really close to the mountain, storage space and the lake and the tooth temple. Easily reached No-Named Restaurant, located just a pleasant stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

Overall it was spacious with beautiful view.

I was also thrilled to have complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Above all, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Worst Experience No Curated Toiletries Although my stay was beyond my expectations in many ways, I feel that there was only one area where the hotel could have improved, and that was the lack of curated toiletries. I would have appreciated if they had toothbrushes and other essentials available for sale at the reception in case guests forgot to bring them.
